Alias = Crack?

Ok, so I have a new addiction. "Alias" on DVD. Yikes, like I don't have enough things competing for my attention. I watched the first episode Saturday, and am now three more into the first season. I guess it is relatively benign, and I needed a way to relax Monday night.
This show rocks. Lots of action, Jennifer Garner, excellent writing, Jennifer Garner, lots of excellent location shots (or so it seems), and, did I mention Jennifer Garner? She's beautiful, and more importantly, she seems intelligent. *sigh* Anybody know an intelligent girl who wants to date an aging, balding geek?
So, this box set interrupts the first season of La Femme Nikita.
Thank goodness I did not have the extra cash to buy Angel (season 2), ER (season 1) or any of the other multiple sets. I do not watch TV live much anymore, and this is a good way to watch worthwhile stuff.

Hey Keith,
Ellen tells me that we could be two peas in a pod with the whole Alias thing. I absolutely love the show. She gives me all kinds of grief about it and doesn't really under it. Maybe because she didn't see it from the beginning. I have hinted that I would love to have the first season, but I don't anticipate seeing it in my stocking at Christmas.

Kathy,
Indeed. I really like the writing and the non-stereotypical things that
happen. I cannot for the life of me decide why Jennifer Garner appeals to
me so much. She's much more angular than my normal type. But she comes off
as so intelligent. Gotta love intelligent women!
