From Friday Five:

If you...

1. ...owned a restaurant, what kind of food would you serve?
I'd be cooking casual food: great sandwiches, hearty soups, big salads, and amazingly decadent desserts. And espresso.

2. ...owned a small store, what kind of merchandise would you sell?
It would either be a bakery or a newsstand. I can image myself as an artisanal baker, making rustic bread or old fashioned cookies and treats, or sitting behind the counter of a newsstand/coffee shop.

3. ...wrote a book, what genre would it be?
Science, for the general audience. Actually, I am working on one right now, but it is going to take a while.

4. ...ran a school, what would you teach?
Glass Arts: stained, flameworked, and mouth blown.

5. ...recorded an album, what kind of music would be on it?
I'd be strumming a guitar and probably singing folk-y types of stuff: musings on life, what it all means, etc.
