Amazon Launches Search Engine
Check out the beta for Amazon.com's WWW search engine: a9.com.
I have not tinkered with it much, but it seems pretty damn fast. I'll have to put it through its' paces more soon.
Interesting articles about it here (internetnews.com) and here (Searchblog). The first article is more about the initial spinoff of the company from amazon, and the second is an initial review of the beta.
