Last Night's Lunar Eclipse

Last night's lunar eclipse was pretty beautiful. It was a nice night to sit out (a little chilly) and watch the changes. Rather peaceful, taking the time to watch something so slow moving, yet engaging at the same time.

Very nice picture! Did you take it yourself? If so, I wonder what kind of gear you are using. I only have a small looking glas (is that the right word? it's not a telescope but a "lunette" in french), but I can get very nice views of the moon with it. I tried to take some pictures with my digicam, but it was overexposed (should use a filter, I guess).
