Merry Christmas, The Eve Edition.

I am waiting for the cheddar garlic biscuits to brown and then all will be ready for dinner. We are tradionalists in this sense: turkey with all the trimmings, served early in the evening, after a skipped lunch and lots of snacking (I am trying to behave).

Today has been awesome: one trip to the grocery (a new record), and that's it. Lot's of family time: "Love, Actually" and "Miracle on 34th Street" on the tube, some "Phase 10" and a little poker at the dining room table, and lots of kidding and joking. I tend to complain sometimes about my family, but I love them dearly and would not trade this time for anything in the world...

Gota go, else the biscuits will be burning.

Merry Christmas.
